You work hand-in-hand with the platform development team, our account managers, and our customers to keep the wheels turning.
- First line of support when it comes to our customers’ tech and development needs
- Integrate key pieces of technology our partners use to run their businesses
- Collaborate closely with the product and business teams to specify and build features needed by customers
- 1 year of hands-on experience with production web applications.
- Strong understanding of NodeJS, PostgreSQL and building APIs.
- Strong frontend development skills including ReactJS and modern CSS.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Good customer support skills.
- Experience working with ad tech or games.
- Familiarity with gaming and influencers.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Experience working in technical customer support.
